Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Because of the custom nature of all of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyers remorse, sizing issues, or if you ordered the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed/un-opened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange please email us within 7 days of your product arriving at:  If you qualify for a return or exchange we will provide you with the return shipping address and you will be responsible for shipping the item.  Once we receive the tracking number of your returned item we will initiate a new order for you.  You must notify us in advance of a return so we may ensure your product gets routed correctly.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
